Hi! We are Brittanny and Daniel and we are the owners and operators of TMT Shuttle Services. Our team are simply travelers & hospitality-oriented folks from Southern California who've spent countless years navigating the streets and cultures of Mexico, specifically the Baja region.

With this knowledge and experience, along with a knack for accessible medical services, we're excited to be your one-stop concierge shuttle service for all your medical tourism needs in Tijuana.

Our passionate team cares more than your average concierge services and our unique experiences allow us to provide more than your average concierge services. Despite giving your medical procedures the utmost priority and attention it requires, we also look to accommodate "other" services that will make your trip even more pleasant.

Additionally, to enhance your security, we take an incognito approach to shuttle servicing to avoid being detected as "medical tourists" who are known to carry more than your usual amount of cash. When crossing the border and in Mexico, we aim to be perceived as casual tourists rather than the typical medical tourism clients in commercially marked vehicles.
